The ILO has designed this module to serve as a tool for developing the capabilities of justice operators, particularly in dealing with cases of forced labor, from the criminal legal perspective. In particular, it is intended for use by criminal judges, criminal prosecutors, police officers, and public defenders, and seeks to increase people's knowledge on the identification, investigation and punishment of these crimes.
