A short compilation of international labor law commitments relevant to officials, employers, and workers in DR.

The purpose of this guide is to help Veracruz state and municipal administration officials strengthen the institutional capacity and public policies on the prevention and eradication of child labor, and the protection of adolescents of the legal age to perform labor. This guide is meant to be used as a reference document.

This is the 3rd part of Peru's proposal plan that is part of the overall National Plan for the Fight Against Forced Labor. A set of guidelines concerning the measurement of forced labor, produced by the ILO for 20th International Conference of Labour Statisticians (Geneva, 10-19 October 2018).  These guidelines are designed to facilitate the measurement of forced labor in different national circumstances and under different measurement objectives.

The guidelines provide recommendations for the collection and analysis of forced labor statistics, and to facilitate the international comparability of forced labor statistics by minimizing definitional and methodological differences across countries.

This is a research study that seeks to document the form of recruitment and economic logic of human trafficking and forced labor, as well as to establish analytical connections with the importance of illegal economies and organized crime in the triple border area of Peru, Brazil, and Colombia. The study seeks to collect data that facilitates the development of intervention strategies and implementation of national public policies for prevention, detection and prosecution.
