The following reports provide statistical summaries of Form 5500 data on group health plans that are required to file a Form 5500 including plan counts, participant counts, and financial totals. In addition to these statistical summaries, group health plans are also classified as self-, mixed-, or fully-insured based on an imputation method discussed at more length in each report. These reports additionally serve as appendices to the Annual Reports on Self-Insured Group Health Plans mandated by Congress.
