Use of Adult Education Act Funds and Welfare-to-Work Matching Requirements
To explain the flexible use of State and local match in excess of that which is required for the Adult Education Act(AEA) funds in order to meet Welfare-to-Work (WtW) State Formula Grant matching requirements.
