State Performance Targets and Midyear Performance Assessment for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Unemployment Insurance (UI) Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessments (RESEA) Outcome Payments
To publish FY 2024 state-level RESEA outcome payment performance targets for the reemployment and reduced UI duration of RESEA participants and to provide states with a midyear analysis of their performance levels compared against these targets.

This Webinar should help federal contractors determine what additional preparations they may need to meet the equal employment opportunity and affirmative action (EEO/AA) program requirements of Executive Order (EO) 11246, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 503) and the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (VEVRAA). The programs covered under this Unemployment Insurance Program Letter (UIPL) include Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC), Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA), Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (FPUC), and Mixed Earners Unemployment Compensation (MEUC).

To inform states of the discontinuation of the CWC 02-12 application in UI-ICON and provide an alternative method for paying states to communicate to the transferring state(s) an employer’s failure to timely or adequately respond to State Workforce Agencies’ (SWA) requests for information relating to a CWC.

Single Audit Report Submission Extension Requests
To inform Employment and Training Administration (ETA) federal financial assistance recipients of an update to Part 200, Subpart F of title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) which allows for an extension of the deadline to submit the Single Audit report in instances where it causes undue burden on the auditee(s).
