1. Purpose.To notify state agencies of the availability of files for the RJM data collection and the submission dates for the FY 2006 process.
2. Reference. ET Handbook No. 410, Resource Justification Model.
3. RJM Data Files. The Excel© files needed to complete the RJM worksheets are available at https://ows.doleta.gov/rjm. These files are comprised of: the main workbook, the revised crosswalk workbook, and the updated workload workbook. The crosswalk workbook has been revised to delete quarterly references on the TEUC worksheets. The workload workbook has been revised to delete FY 2002 workloads, add actual FY 2003 workloads, and add FY 2006 base workloads; the FY 2006 workloads are the same as the FY 2005 workloads in this file. The workload workbook will be updated again in January 2004 for revised FY 2005 and FY 2006 base workloads.
4. Data Submission. The RJM workbooks are due via e-mail to the appropriate ETA Regional Office by the last Friday of January 2004. Performance and Capital Investment requests are not being solicited for FY 2006.
5. Action Required. State Administrators are requested to provide the above information to the appropriate staff and to submit the RJM forms by the due dates prescribed above.
