Template for FY 2018 Report pursuant to the Information Quality Bulletin for Peer Review

This document is a template for the FY 2018 report from the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) regarding the peer reviews it conducted in accordance with the Information Quality Bulletin for Peer Review. The template includes sections for providing details on the number and types of peer reviews (influential scientific information and highly influential scientific assessments) carried out, as well as information on any waivers, deferrals, or exceptions granted, public meetings and comments, and solicitation of peer reviewer nominations from professional societies.
