This document is about Sealed Air Corporation and its captive insurance company, Saddle Brook Insurance Company, applying to the Department of Labor for authorization under Prohibited Transaction Exemption 96-62 to allow the captive insurer to enter into a reinsurance arrangement with Zurich Corporate Life & Pensions North America for the life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment benefits under the Sealed Air Corporation Life, AD&D and LTD Plan.
