This document is about the request by the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 57 Apprenticeship and Skill Improvement Training Fund for authorization from the U.S. Department of Labor under Prohibited Transaction Class Exemption 96-62 to sell a parcel of unimproved real property to the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 57, a party in interest with respect to the plan.
