This document is about a performance audit conducted by the U.S. Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration to determine the status of certain prior year recommendations related to the Thrift Savings Plan. The audit reviewed 18 prior recommendations and sub-recommendations across various aspects of the TSP, including computer access and security controls, participant support, service continuity, and administrative policies. The report summarizes the implementation status of each recommendation and identifies one remaining open recommendation related to the prompt removal of data center access for separated individuals.
