This document is about a performance audit conducted by the U.S. Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration on the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) policies and procedures of the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board Administrative Staff. The audit covers topics such as maintenance of standards of conduct, organizational structure, risk identification and monitoring, budgeting, procurement, expense monitoring, and investment operations. The report presents two new findings and recommendations related to controls over the plan administration and procurement processes, as well as the status of prior recommendations.
