Notice of Funding Status

This document is about informing the Department of the Treasury and the plan sponsor that the Sheet Metal Workers' Local Unions and Councils Pension Fund has been certified as being in critical status for the plan year beginning December 1, 2008, but the plan sponsor has made an election under the Worker, Retiree, and Employer Recovery Act of 2008 to treat the plan as being neither in endangered nor critical status for that plan year.
