Please join DOL for a Minimum Wage Executive Order Compliance Seminar, where we will discuss compliance with Executive Order 14026, "Increasing the Minimum Wage for Federal Contractors" (EO 14026). Participants will have access to a pre-recorded training on EO 14026 compliance topics, followed by the opportunity to participate in one of two Q & A sessions with DOL staff from the Government Contracts Enforcement Division and the Division of Wage Determinations. Please select the ticket for the date of the session you wish to attend. Participants will be able to submit EO 14026 questions for their sessions in advance or during the live Q & A.

The U.S. Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Southeast Region and the Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) invite you to attend our upcoming virtual webinar event "Post-Secondary Pathways to Careers for Students with Disabilities" featuring the Office of Disability Employment Policy, its Youth Policy Development Center (CAPE Youth) and Onondaga Community College, recent Pathways to Careers demonstration grantee.

As youth and young adults with disabilities transition from post-secondary education to employment, there are a number of initiatives from states and post-secondary institutions that are operational and prepare them for careers in high-demand fields.

This presentation will highlight the following:

  • OFCCP, the laws it enforces, and its section 503 efforts and resources
  • State and institution-level postsecondary efforts focused on improving outcomes for students with disabilities
  • Lessons Learned from Community College Pathways demonstration efforts
  • Universal Design for Learning at one Pathways demonstration site

  • Inclusive Apprenticeship and Career and Technical Education Briefs
