OFCCP How to Synergize Your Processes To Advance People with Disabilties

The webinar will provide strategies on improving workplace disability inclusion practices, featuring the Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion’s (EARN) “Inclusion Work Framework”. The Framework outlines seven core components of a disability-inclusive workplace, along with a menu of strategies for achieving them. Speakers will also provide an overview of disability self-identification considerations, along with tools and resources to encourage self-identification and assist with workplace practice and policy development.
