Do you need training or a refresher with what documents you need to maintain to demonstrate your Affirmative Action/EEO Obligations? Do you want to learn, what is involved during a construction audit and how to prepare, when you receive the scheduling (audit) letter? This session is for new and experienced federal and federally-assisted construction contractors looking to understand OFCCP’s regulations, procedures, what documentation would be required under the audit process, and for those who are working on or planning to work on federal projects.

Please attend the OFCCP Mid-Atlantic Region monthly sessions to receive some valuable information to assist with these federal regulatory requirements.

This virtual event is free for the construction industry, but space is limited.

Labor Trafficking in Agriculture Roundtable Discussion

In recognition of January's Human Trafficking Awareness Month, the Wage and Hour Division’s Southeast Region will convene federal, state, and local organizations to discuss Labor Trafficking in the Agriculture Industry. Roundtable presenters will discuss: common indicators of trafficking in agriculture, how to report suspected labor trafficking, and how employers, enforcement agencies, and community organizations can collaborate to combat these issues.
