What to Expect: S&S Compliance Reviews

Submitted by Dinh.Truocmai@… on

Description: As you might be aware, your company has been recently identified for a compliance evaluation on OFCCP’s Corporate Scheduling Announcement Lists. You can view the recent CSALs on OFCCP’s website by clicking the following link: CSAL Lists. Here you will find the lists as well as FAQs, extension policies, and how the lists were developed.

Please note that the purpose of this specific email is not to notify you of a newly-scheduled review. Rather, to support contractors in their compliance, the OFCCP Omaha and Kansas City offices are offering free virtual compliance assistance training sessions via Microsoft Teams. The relevant dates and times are found below. To register, please email plank.walker@dol.gov  with the name and contact information of any attendees, and we will send them a link to the event as the date approaches. Feel free to share with any company representatives who have a role in OFCCP compliance.
