Description: As you might be aware, your company has been recently identified for a compliance evaluation on OFCCP’s Corporate Scheduling Announcement Lists. You can view the recent CSALs on OFCCP’s website by clicking the following link: CSAL Lists. Here you will find the lists as well as FAQs, extension policies, and how the lists were developed.

 

Please note that the purpose of this specific email is not to notify you of a newly-scheduled review. Rather, to support contractors in their compliance, the OFCCP Omaha and Kansas City offices are offering free virtual compliance assistance training sessions via Microsoft Teams. The relevant dates and times are found below. To register, please email plank.walker@dol.gov  with the name and contact information of any attendees, and we will send them a link to the event as the date approaches. Feel free to share with any company representatives who have a role in OFCCP compliance.

OFCCP Southeast Region, Nashville District Office in collaboration with the Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) invite you to attend the Minority Serving Institutions Historically Black Colleges and Universities - ADA Coordinators, Virtual Employment Information Session for College Students with Disabilities.

Workforce Recruitment Program  (WRP) for College Students with Disabilities provide employment opportunities to students with disabilities. This free program connects postsecondary students and recent graduates with disabilities to federal employers who are seeking to hire for internship and full-time positions. The WRP is managed by the U.S. Department of Labor and the Department of Defense.

In order for your students and recent graduates with disabilities to apply and participate in WRP this fall, college or university staff must register your school for the program by June. Please register today or share the attached a flyer with your career and disability services offices and encourage staff to register.

Once registered, you will receive access to resources and optional webinars during the summer where you will learn more about the WRP, the federal hiring process, and preparing students for employment. Participating schools will be able to have their students and recent graduates with disabilities apply for the program beginning in late August.
