ODEP’s State Exchange on Employment & Disability (SEED) is a unique state-federal collaboration that supports state and local governments in adopting and implementing inclusive policies and best practices that lead to increased employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Employment Trends

Using data from the Census Bureau’s Current Population Survey (CPS), researchers from ODEP explored key labor statistics related to changes in employment for people with disabilities since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Services, Accommodations and Other Daily Supports for Youth and Young Adults with Disabilities

ODEP funds the Center for Advancing Policy on Employment for Youth (CAPE-Youth), which seeks to improve employment outcomes for youth and young adults with disabilities by helping states improve their youth service delivery and workforce systems.
