This training manual was developed as a practical guide to be used by the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP), Immigration Department (ID), Royal Customs Police (RCP), and Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA ) to provide information on the legal frameworks for forced labor and human trafficking; how to identify potential victims; how to protect potential victims’ rights; and how to refer cases.
