The Toolkit on Developing National Action Plans on Forced Labour aims to support stakeholders in developing, implementing and monitoring National Action Plans (NAPs). It draws upon models and good practices from numerous countries to present the overall NAP development process, from the preliminary assessment of forced labor, to the final evaluation of the NAP.
