This document is about an independent expanded final evaluation of the ILO/IPEC 'Project of Support to the National Action Plan to Combat Child Labour' in Malawi. The evaluation assessed the extent to which the project achieved its objectives, identified unintended changes, assessed sustainability, and provided recommendations to stakeholders. The evaluation found that the project successfully operationalized Malawi's National Action Plan on Child Labour, strengthened enabling environment and institutional capacities, and helped withdraw and prevent children from child labour, though some challenges remained regarding policy approval and resource mobilization.
