Fuqua, a former West Virginia investment advisor, to 12 months and 1 day in prison for embezzling $600,000 from a Community Health Systems, Inc. 401(k) employee benefit plan. The employee benefit plan was made whole through litigation by the Department of Labor and the plan trustee.
