Charleston Man Sentenced for Embezzling from Employee Benefit Plan

This document is a press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of West Virginia announcing the sentencing of Knox H. Fuqua, a former West Virginia investment advisor, to 12 months and 1 day in prison for embezzling $600,000 from a Community Health Systems, Inc. 401(k) employee benefit plan. The employee benefit plan was made whole through litigation by the Department of Labor and the plan trustee.
