Unemployment Insurance (UI) Reporting System

Purpose

To provide State Workforce Agencies (SWAs) notice that the U.S. Department of Labor (Department) has begun a project to modernize the Unemployment Insurance Database Management System (UIDBMS), which will include changing the system from an on-premises server-based reporting system to a cloud-based reporting system; and to announce a national webinar to inform states of the modernization’s progress.

Advancing Civil Rights Protections of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders in the Workplace

In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Indianapolis District Office cordially invites you to attend this webinar.

Candice Cho, Managing Director of Policy and Counsel of Stop AAPI Hate, will provide an overview of who Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders are, discuss what anti-AAPI hate looks like, including in the workplace, and what we can do to stop anti-AAPI hate. OFCCP will then provide an overview of the agency and the laws it enforces, discuss how to identify discrimination, and provide attendees with information on how to file a complaint with OFCCP.
