It provides an overview of OFCCP, our laws we enforce and how to identify discrimination and file a complaint with OFCCP. If you would like to know about your workplace rights and protections, we invite you to join us.

Requesting and Negotiating Reasonable Accommodations in the Workplace Webinar

Lisa Mathess, Principal Consultant with JAN, will introduce attendees to JAN and its services, provide an overview of the accommodation process, and discuss practical tips for attendees to enhance their ability to request and negotiate job accommodations. OFCCP will then provide an overview of the agency and the laws it enforces, discuss how to identify discrimination, and provide attendees with information on how to file a complaint with OFCCP.
