We are providing federal contractors the opportunity to attend a compliance assistance event that offers a basic understanding of the compliance evaluation process. This event should help attendees determine what additional preparations they may need to undertake to prepare for a scheduled compliance evaluation. The compliance assistance event should also generally help attendees build their knowledge about compliance, as well as support contractor long-term voluntary compliance and potentially reduce the cost of compliance.
Attendees will be provided helpful hints and best practices in understanding your obligations as a federal contractor when monitoring your Section 503 obligations.

Commissioner William W. Beach will speak on how the Agency has continued to collect data and keep the numbers coming during a pandemic. Next, Julie Hatch Maxfield, Associate Commissioner of Employment and Unemployment Statistics, will discuss how labor market data have changed over the course of 2020. A short Q&A will follow each presentation.
Be prepared for a OFCCP VEVRAA Focus Review and know what to expect in a focused review.
During this presentation, we will introduce you to OFCCP, and provide a brief overview of the Executive Order and statutes that OFCCP enforces for federal contractors. Additionally, we will provide an overview of the obligations of federal contractors and specifically as it relates to VEVRAA focus review requirements.
