Join us for the first in a series of four webinars with the Labor Department’s Women's Bureau and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This webinar will focus on the importance of addressing gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) in the service industry and how GBVH impacts worker health and safety. Speakers will include service industry workers, an employer, and representatives from UNITE HERE, SafeBars, Restaurant Opportunities Centers (ROC) United and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Spanish interpretation will be available.

Purpose

To advise states that in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the extension of the ETA 9177 Report (Pre-Implementation Planning Checklist Report Version 1) through July 31, 2026. There is no change in the requirements of the approved collection.
