Brian Walsh is as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), where he serves as liaison between the agency and U.S. Department of Labor leadership. He advises both ODEP and department leaders on areas of opportunity for increasing rates of employment success for Americans with disabilities, including those with cognitive disabilities or mental health conditions. Prior to his current appointment, Brian was a Labor Policy Advisor with the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions. He also served in the first Trump administration at The White House and in the Department of Labor. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of New Orleans and a Master of Public Policy degree from George Mason University.
