- Employer Assistance and Resource Network for Disability Inclusion (EARN). An ODEP-funded technical assistance center, EARN offers a range of resources on disability etiquette, accessible training, digital technology accessibility, accessible information and communication technology, and wider disability inclusion.
- The Good Jobs Initiative. The Good Jobs Initiative is a cross-federal effort housed at DOL that focuses on strategies that help workers get ahead, not just get by.
- Job Accommodation Network (JAN). This ODEP-funded technical assistance center provides free, expert, and confidential advice on workplace accommodations and other disability employment issues.

- National Center on Leadership for the Employment and Economic Advancement of People with Disabilities (LEAD Center). Funded by ODEP, the LEAD Center promotes the employment of people with disabilities by conducting policy development to ensure they receive effective services under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act. These LEAD Center Employment Success Stories offer examples and advice about employing people with disabilities in good jobs.
- Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP). This DOL agency is the only nonregulatory federal agency that promotes policies and coordinates with employers and all levels of government to increase workplace success for people with disabilities.
- Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). This DOL agency protects workers, promotes diversity, and enforces anti-discriminatory regulations. OFCCP maintains an extensive list of best practices and resources, including topic- and industry-specific information. The OFCCP Contractor Compliance Institute offers classes and training that can help employers meet their obligations.
- Partnership on Employment and Accessible Technology (PEAT). Funded by ODEP, PEAT provides resources for digital accessibility in the workplace and in new, emerging technologies.
- Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA). The RSA oversees the nation’s vocational rehabilitation (VR) program, which is available in all states and territories. VR programs provide individualized services and supports to eligible people with disabilities to maximize their employment, independence, and integration into the community and the competitive labor market. The RSA lists contact information for each VR agency nationwide.
- Retaining Employment and Talent after Injury/Illness Network (RETAIN). This ODEP-funded initiative promotes closer coordination between workers and organizations that influence workers’ decisions about how or whether to stay at work or return to work after a work-related disability. RETAIN collaborates with several states.
- State Exchange on Employment and Disability (SEED). This ODEP-funded initiative is a unique federal-state collaboration that supports state and local governments in adopting and implementing inclusive policies and best practices that lead to increased employment opportunities for disabled people, and a stronger, more inclusive national workforce and economy.
- Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (VETS). This DOL agency prepares America’s veterans, service members, and military spouses for meaningful careers, provides them with employment resources and expertise, protects their employment rights, and promotes their employment opportunities.
- Worker.gov. This one-stop DOL resource center helps workers understand their rights and access resources.
- WorkforceGPS. This online technical assistance and training website from DOL’s Employment and Training Administration includes disability-specific resources.
