Policy brief: the Philippines safeguarding against and addressing fishers' exploitation at sea

A policy brief created to inform decision makers and government agencies in the Philippines to protect fishers from harmful labor practices. This policy brief contains findings from labor inspections, advice for identifying at-risk conditions, minimum requirements to protect fishers, and policy recommendations.
