This instrument includes a practical proposal to guide the process of unification, application and monitoring of the technical criteria of the labor inspection of the National Inspection Coordination System of the Dominican Republic.

This guide is intended as an orientation guide for victims and human rights associations wishing to assist them. It sheds light on the law criminalizing slavery and repressing slavery-like practices, informs the victims of their rights, highlights the respective roles of the various authorities in the implementation of the legal procedure, the stages of which are also well defined.
