A report describing the first workshop on capacity building for members of the National Council for Social Dialogue in Mauritania.   This workshop, organized jointly by the Ministry of the Public Service, Labor and Modernization of the Administration and the International Labor Office, is part of the first activities of the nascent CNDS.
