- Keyword Search – Use the keyword search field to type your own search terms.
- Resource Type – Use the resource type dropdown to find the type of resource that you want (e.g. article, video, report, file, link, study, etc.).
- Resource Topic – Use the resource topic dropdown to find major themes of the resource that you want (e.g. Women Veterans, Homelessness, Wages). You can select multiple topics from the dropdown.
- Resource Tags – Use the resource tag dropdown to search the resource for keyword or term associated with the resource.
- If you are searching using an acronym, try a second search with the acronym spelled out. For example, if you are searching for resources related to the Davis-Bacon Act, try searching "Davis-Bacon Act" as well as "DBA".
- For more specific results, use quotation marks around phrases.
- For more general results, remove quotation marks to search for each word individually. For example, minimum wage will return all documents that have either the word minimum or the word wage in the description, while “minimum wage” will limit results to those containing that phrase.

The report provides an overview of an approach for evaluating the cooperative relationship between the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and community-based organizations (CBOs). The current research effort began with a review of documents provided by the OFCCP; a followup conference call with members of the OFCCP’s national office and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Chief Evaluation Office (CEO) revealed CBOs to be a critical part of OFCCP’s mission, enhancing their ability to reach their organizational goals.
The report describes the characteristics, service receipt, and short-term labor market outcomes of female customers leaving the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Adult and Dislocated Worker programs in 2009. Researchers also assess gender differences in each of these domains and how service receipt and outcomes varied with local area characteristics. They found that females were more likely than males to face employment barriers before enrolling in WIA programs.

In 2012, the Chief Evaluation Office (CEO) partnered with the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) and funded contractors Capital Research Corporation and The George Washington University to conduct the Formative Evaluation of Job Clubs Operated by Faith- and Community-Based Organizations: Findings from Site Visits and Options for Future Evaluation study. Job clubs are defined as job search support groups.
