The OFCCP Southeast Region and ODEP invites you to attend our upcoming virtual WRP information session for HBCU ADA Coordinators and staff that assists individuals with disabilities.
The Workforce Recruitment Program for College Students with Disabilities (WRP) is a recruitment and referral program that connects federal and select private-sector employers nationwide with college students, graduate students, and recent graduates with disabilities eager to demonstrate their skills through summer internships or permanent jobs. WRP is free for schools and students.
Please join us during this information session to learn more!
- Strengthen Your School’s Employment Connections
- Increase job and internship prospects for your students and recent graduates with disabilities! WRP applicant information is viewed by federal employers from all Cabinet-level Departments and many independent federal agencies nationwide.
- Develop your students’ resume-writing and interview skills. WRP applicants can engage in a remote informational interview and resume review with a federal recruiter.
- Gain professional development through training and webinars with WRP staff. Expand your knowledge of Federal Government hiring so you can educate your students about federal service.
- Advance your school’s diversity and inclusion efforts by growing the relationship between your career, disability, and veterans services offices. Collaborate with other colleges and universities to share best practices on managing WRP successfully.
