Workplace Protections for Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders (AA and NHPI) Webinar

 

OFCCP, EEOC, and OCRC will provide overviews of their respective agencies and services offered, that includes compliance assistance and outreach and education. Vera Boggs, Regional Director, OCRC Cleveland Regional Office will also be discussing the history/context of Asians in America, a basic EEO overview, harassment/microaggression and responses. There will also be a panel discussion in which panelists share their stories and discuss ways in which federal contractors can make their workplaces more inclusive to AA and NHPI workers.

From School to Work: What to Know When Employing Minors

Please join us for a conversation and training to inform employers, educators, parents and youth of what to know as youth enter the workforce over summer break. During the event, panelists will discuss best practices when employing minors, efforts to educate both youth and employers on their rights and responsibilities, and resources available.
