To announce the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) approval of extension of form ETA-227, Overpayment Detection and Recovery Activities.

To provide State Workforce Agencies with guidance regarding the TAA and NAFTA-TAA programs¿ authorization and continued operations.

To provide State Workforce Agencies with guidelines and key dates for the completion of CY 2006 UI BAM paid and denied claims sample cases and the publication of CY 2006 BAM data.

To transmit the subject computation for State Workforce Agency usage in computing minimum weekly DUA amounts for all major disasters declared during the second quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 2002.

To inform states that OMB has approved the extension of data collection to support the BAM Program.

To transmit a correction to the Federal Schedule of Remuneration for the UCX program based on the January 1, 2002, military pay increase. This issuance corrects a typographical error in the Instructions (item 3) of UIPL No. 11-02 dated January 29, 2002. The instructions should state that the Federal Schedule of Remuneration shall apply to "first claims" filed "on or after" April 7, 2002.

To update the directory of Federal (civilian) and military agencies that have requested detailed UCFE or UCX benefit payment data which supports the Department of Labor’s quarterly unemployment compensation billings.
