The Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP) on behalf of the Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) have contracted actuarial analysis of the program and its anticipated liabilities for the projected life of the program and claimants covered by the Act. The first report was published for the 2008 Fiscal Year (FY) and each subsequent FY report will be published upon finalization.
