Updated SSA Fax Number for SSA-581 Corrections

EEOICPA Circular 17-06 notifies the Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation staff that the SSA has updated their FAX number to send corrected SSA-581 forms. After the claims examiner makes the necessary corrections to a SSA-581 that SSA has previously rejected as deficient, staff is to fax the corrected SSA-581 to 410-594-2054.
