Jeffrey Freund serves as the Director for The Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS). The Director is responsible for overseeing a team of highly skilled individuals who play key roles in the organization. This team includes the Deputy Director, Andrew Auerbach; the Special Assistant to the Deputy Director, James Haskins, the Coordinator for the Labor-Management Partnership Program, Darnice Marsh; and the Chief of the Division of Planning, Management and Technology, Yolonda Robinson. In addition, reporting to the Deputy Director is Andrew Davis, who is the Director for the Office of Program Operations, who oversees Andrew Hasty, the Acting Chief of the Division of Interpretations and Regulations, Karen Torre, the Special Assistant to the Office of Program Operations, and Michael Delaney, the Chief of the Division of Compliance Assistance. Also reporting to the Deputy Director is Brian Pifer, the Director of Field Operations, who is responsible for overseeing Alison Dunn, Chief of the Division of Enforcement, Regional Director from the Northeastern Region, Megan Underwood ; the Southern Acting Regional Director, Tracy Shanker; the Central Acting Regional Director, Megan Ireland; and the Western Regional Director, Emily Prosise.
