Tina Williams
As the Acting Deputy Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), Tina Williams assists in providing support to the Acting Director, National and Regional Offices. She concurrently serves as the Director of Policy and Program Development and Acting Director of Program Operations. In these capacities she is responsible for overseeing the development and coordination of new directives, regulations, sub-regulatory guidance, agency policies and procedures, the OFCCP Training Academy, and the development of public education and outreach materials. Additionally, she oversees the performance, quality, scheduling/jurisdiction, Functional Affirmative Action Program, exemptions/waivers and all agency IT systems. Prior to joining the federal government in 2005, she served as a contracts and toxic tort litigator in the private sector. Upon joining the federal government, she joined the U.S. Department of Justice and joined OFCCP in 2013. Mrs. Williams brings a wealth of knowledge in federal government compliance, EEO, Title VII, ADA, Public Policy, and Rulemaking.
