The Disability Employment Initiative aims to improve education, training and employment opportunities and outcomes for youth and adults with disabilities who are unemployed, underemployed or receiving Social Security disability benefits. ODEP jointly funded and administered the Disability Employment Initiative with DOL's Employment and Training Administration (ETA) from 2010-2017.
