The Office of the Senior Procurement Executive is under the leadership of Senior Procurement Executive (SPE) Carl Campbell, who oversees: Lesa Lewellyn, Senior Advisor; and, Leslie Tabash, Acting Administrative Officer. The SPE also directly oversees the following five offices:

Office of Job Corps Acquisition Services (JCAS), led by the Head of Contracting Activity Jillian Matz;

Office of Acquisition Services (OAS), led by Head of Contracting Activity Sandra Foster;

Office of Strategy and Administration (S&A), led by Senior Director Ryan Chandler, who also oversees the Policy/Project Management Division (PPMD) and the Cost and Price Determination Division (CPDD);

Office of Suspension and Debarment (S&D), led by Director Herman Narcho; and

Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), led by Program Manager Gladys Bailey.
