This guide is divided into two parts. Part I of the guide aims to clarify the phenomenon of forced labor. Part II of the guide presents the concrete measures required to combat forced labor, as well as specific initiatives that parliamentarians can take to address the phenomenon.

A report presenting the results report of the National Child Labor Survey (ENTI) 2019, carried out during the fourth quarter of that year. The ENTI 2019 provides information at the federal entity level, in urban, rural and regional areas on child labor carried out by boys, girls and adolescents.  It provides guidance for those responsible for formulating and adopting child labor policy, and is meant to improve the living conditions of children and eradicate child labor in Mexico.

Beginning with an overview of the crime in Jamaica and globally, the manual includes recommended best practices for how to identify, protect and work with victims, how to collect admissible evidence, and how to provide testimony that can lead to the conviction of culprits.

The Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices (KAP) Study on Child Labor set out to collect qualitative and quantitative information on the KAP of a number of actors with regard to child labor in Tunisia. The study's goal was to assess indicators on KAP that motivate practices regarding child labor. Appendix 9.1 has been removed from the document due to personal identifiable information.

It provides definitions of what these cases are, how to identify them, and what numbers to call in various South American countries to denounce such practices to the authorities.

This report outlines the Ucayali Region's Plan to combat human trafficking within the framework of the National Policy Against Trafficking in Persons and its forms of exploitation. This plan outlines an analysis of these topics in the Ucayali region and a framework and action plan on how to fight forced labor and human trafficking through policy implementation and strengthening.

The ILO has designed this module to serve as a tool for developing the capabilities of justice operators, particularly in dealing with cases of forced labor, from the criminal legal perspective. In particular, it is intended for use by criminal judges, criminal prosecutors, police officers, and public defenders, and seeks to increase people's knowledge on the identification, investigation and punishment of these crimes.
