The Longshore Legal Briefs are briefs filed on behalf of the Director, OWCP, and state his position on the issue before the court of appeals in that case. The court of appealsï¿½ decision should be consulted in order to determine the result reached by the court. This page is intended to provide selected briefs on issues of special interest, and will be updated periodically.
