This page provides links to the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) Bulletins issued by the Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) which are currently active, separated by fiscal year. EEOICPA Bulletins provide detailed guidance to claims staff on handling of new claim situations not addressed in the Federal (EEOICPA) Procedure Manual. Bulletins have a one-year expiration date, but remain in effect until incorporated into the Federal (EEOICPA) Procedure Manual or replaced by another Bulletin. Non-Active Bulletins which have expired or been superseded can be viewed in the Archive Section of the Public Reading Room.
