Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC)
The Ombudsman for the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program is required to provide an annual report to Congress and the Secretary of Labor is required to provide a response (effective for reports published after the 2015 EEOICPA amendments).
