Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC)
The Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) will provide records on its Public Reading Room when the proactive disclosure of the records will provide public benefit. The report of Accepted Cancer Claims shows the types of cancers, by facility and by ICD code, which have been accepted under Part B and Part E of the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act, as of December 30, 2016. The report consists of 815 pages, and lists the ICD Code, ICD Description, Facility, and Accepted Year. NOTE: A claimant may have worked at more than one facility; in this instance, his or her cancer type will be reported more than once, i.e., for every facility in which s/he worked.
