Transition of OWCP Medical Bill Processing to New Vendor Starting April 27

Beginning on April 27, 2020, the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) will transfer all medical bill processing services to a new bill processing contractor: CNSI. More information about the transition from Conduent, the current contractor, to CNSI is available on this website through April 24: https://prod.wcmbp.com/outreach.

After the transition, Conduent will continue to provide OWCP pharmacy bill processing services and will be utilizing a new web address URL (https://owcprx.dol.gov) and new mailing address.

Effective immediately, DCMWC Pharmacy providers should begin submitting pharmacy bills and pharmacy-related correspondence to the following new P.O. Box:

After April 17, any pharmacy provider bills and/or correspondence sent to the old Central Mailroom address will be returned unprocessed.
