Update on how to complete the revised Form LM-2 and the new Form T-1 The Department of Labor's Office of Labor-Management Standards is offering a seminar on the revised labor organization annual financial report Form LM-2, which must be filed by labor organizations with $250,000 or more in total annual receipts, and the new Form T-1 Trust Annual Report. These new requirements are effective for reports for fiscal years beginning January 1, 2004 and thereafter. |
