This is in response to your continuing hardship exemption request for American
Federation of Government Employees, Local 1760, LM File umber-for the
fiscal year ending December 3 1,2007. Your request dated June 25,2008 was received by
the Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) on June 26,2008. A continuing
hardship exemption request requires the requesting union to demonstrate that it cannot
file Form LM-2 electronically without undue burden or expense.
You based your request upon the following information stated in your letter: You have made multiple attempts to file electronically, but have been unable to do so, despite receiving technical support from the OLMS Help Desk. You have enclosed a paper copy of the LM-2 with your request for hardship exemption. OLMS grants your continuing hardship exemption request for filing Form LM-2 electronically for the fiscal year ending December 31,2007, based on the information provided. Please note that this approval of your request applies only to the electronic filing of the Form LM-2 for the fiscal year ending December 3 1, 2007.
