This proceeding arose under the standards of conduct provision of the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978, 5 U.S.C. 7120 (CSRA), and the implementing regulations, 29 CFR Parts 457-459, as a result of a complaint alleging violations of 29 CFR 458.2. The parties entered into a proposed settlement agreement calling for the parties to take certain action. On April 7, 1997, Administrative Law Judge Paul A. Mapes issued his Recommended Decision and Order approving the proposed settlement agreement.

ORDER

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, THAT, the parties take the action agreed to in the settlement agreement adopted hereto.
